Reading the World Addresses School Deserts

Reading the World, Inc., is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to addressing school deserts, places where kids have limited or no access to education. 

We are committed to opening pathways to literacy and basic education for every child, regardless of their circumstances.

We eliminate the obstacles kids face getting to school by providing instructional materials, teacher training, and infrastructure support. 

We also increase awareness of global literacy rates and the reasons school deserts persist through community outreach and education.
